Folklore Museum of Limenaria
It is a well-maintained museum showing early clothing, local mining, bee-keeping, hunting tools and the distillation method of the highly alcoholic, local "tsipouro", a favourite drink on the island. The museum has been astablished by the Limenaria Cultural Group and its aim is to further the traditions and values of local culture. The museum was established in 1993 by To Kastro (The Castle) , the Limenaria cultural association. It is housed in the former community office in the centre of the village.

The purpose of the museum is to preserve and promote the local tradition. It therefore displays household artefacts and clothing (embroidery, woven fabrics, traditional costumes, stoves, a loom and its accoutrements, coffee-making equipment), tools of various trades (tailoring, barbering, woodcutting, bee-keeping, hunting, a shoemaker's and a cobbler's bench, tools for collecting and transporting resin, a raki still, tools for collecting olives), and tools from the time when the local mines opened.

This museum is situated in a well-maintainde building. It has two levels : the first and the second floor. First floor: tools and ustensils used by the inhabitants; seconf floor: representation of an traditional thassian house.
Folklore Museum of Kallirachi
It is a relatively small museum, hosted by a recently renovated hose at Kallirachi . Its interior is decorated with traditional furniture representing the old traditional thassian house.
